最後の講演は、夢を叶えるための秘訣について書かれた本で、著者である故ランディー教授は癌で余命あとわずかと宣告され、文字通り人生で最後の講演を行なう。講義の内容はずばり「夢を叶えるために」という内容だ。彼は講義に参加した学生達へ、熱いメッセージを送るとともに、自分の死後、取り残される家族と為、子供のために素晴らしい仕掛けを残した。大人はもっと夢や目標を掲げなくてはならない。子供はもっと夢や目標を大人以上に掲げないといけない。大人は子供達に背中を見られていることを意識しなくてはならない。意気消沈してアスファルトを眺める人生など、絶対に見せてはいけないのだ。絶望を感じた時ほど、精一杯強がって見せるカッコイイ大人でありたい。貴方の夢は??と聴かれて貴方は即答できるだろうか。答えに詰まる生き方を続けていていいのだろうか。ちっぽけでもいい、大いに夢をみようじゃないか。ランディー氏は多くの愛に包まれて、この世を去った。

The last lecture written by Professer Randy Pausch who's already passed away caused cancer tells about how to make our dreams come true. The author,Professor Randy literally presented the last lecture "To make one's dream reality" for his students and his family.In addition, He also left a great trick for his children. I think,We all adults should have dreams and goals in our lives. Children ought to have dreams and goals more than adults. We've not awared that most of the children always expect to follow our backs. We should realize about it , indeed. We shouldn't show our lives which's like looking at the asphalt down in the dumps. So I really would like to become an adult who is always the coolest in the world even in a quite hard situation, esp I feel despair. Can you answer this question immediately? What is your dream? Are you fine to live in your life without this answer? Let us have a dream. It does not matter which is big or tiny. Randy surrounded by people who he loved so much when he passed away.

由因癌症病逝的教授蘭迪・鮑許所寫的「最後的演講」講述了如何使我們的夢想成真。蘭迪教授為他的學生及家人實在地呈獻了「最後的演講」─「令一個人的夢想實現」。另外，他亦給他的孩子留下了一個重大的訣竅。我想，我們所有成年人亦應該擁有夢想和目標。孩子們比成年人更應擁有夢想和目標。我們沒有意識到大部份的孩子都期望可以跟隨著我們的背後成長。我們確實需要了解到。我們不應表現出我們的人生就好像憂鬱的向下望。所以，我真的很想成為一個即使在很艱辛的情況下亦能保持积极対待的人，尤其是我覺得絕望時。你能立即回答這個問題嗎? 什麼是你的夢想? 沒有這個答案，你的人生會活得精彩嗎? 讓我們擁有夢想吧! 不管這個夢想是大或小。蘭迪去世的時候，被很多他愛的人包圍著。

The Long Tail is ,I think one of the great phenomenon or should I say the impact? caused by Web2.0 which we can learn from this book'The Long Tail'.Recently,The thinking way of Web2.0,or the concept of Web2.0 has became the key word to understand 'Invisible Markets'.So indeed, All of Business people ought to know what's happened in the world.

According to the graph ,The Long Tail means in brief 'The bottom part of Sales 'which is colored by yellow.Approching costs to Niche Market has been Minimum which makes our business better.In short The invisible market has turned visible.Can you see the invisible market?-must read this book and let you know what's going on Internet.

長尾理論，我認為是一個偉大的現象，還是我應該說是影響呢？所謂web2.0 ，我們可以從'The Long Tail' 這本書學到。最近，web2.0的思維方式，或web2.0的概念已成為'無形的市場'的關鍵詞。而事實上，所有商界人士，都應該知道世界上正在發生什麼事。

我們稱圖中底部黃色的部份為'長尾', 我們將成本減至最低, 以接近利基市場, 使我們的業務更好。在簡短的無形市場已經變成有形。你能看到無形的市場嗎？您必須閱讀這本書，並讓您知道互聯網是怎麼回事。

ロングテールという言葉を耳にするようになって随分経つが、ロングテールというニッチな市場にアプローチできるようになったのは、ITの技術の進歩と、新しいビジネスを創造してきた企業や経営者の素晴らしい先見性の賜物ではないか。Web2.0という概念は今や産業、業態を問わずビジネスをする上で欠かせない視点の1つと言える。目に見えない市場を目に見える市場に変えられるかどうかは、つまり世界で今起こっていることを把握し理解する力の有無に影響されるはずである。本著はそのような世界の変化を1つ1つ具体的な例を出しながら、ロングテールについて解き明かしている1冊で、まず読まない理由は見当たらない。世界で何が起き、今何が起こっているのか知るべきである。
